Is the first version really free?
Yes. Send us a product description and we'll build an initial version at no cost, with no upfront payment. If you like it, we quote a price, and once you're happy with it we move the product onto your own domain and site. If it isn't what you need, you owe nothing.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need. A WhatsApp booking flow is a very different job from a full custom platform. You see your free first version before we quote, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API? Can I keep my number?
Automations at scale run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (API). We help you set it up, including business verification, and can usually move your existing business number onto it. We'll check what applies to you on the call.
What if the AI says something wrong?
Agents are set up with your own information (services, prices, timings, policies) and clear rules about what they can and can't do. Anything outside those rules, or anything a customer is unhappy about, is handed to a person on your team.
Can you work with the software we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect to calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs, payment gateways and most tools that have an API. If something has no API, we'll look at other options with you, such as exports, email parsing or a small bridge.
How long does it take?
Small automations can go live quickly. Larger software takes longer and is delivered in stages. You'll get a realistic timeline in the plan after the call.
